Blogging is something I have not done for some time. I was fortunate enough to get to listen to George Couros speak about the value of people using blogging as a way to create a digital portfolio. There is a great deal of value to regularly reflecting on your practice, documenting your evolution as a professional, and organizing these thoughts (through categorizing and tagging posts) through their connection to professional standards.
I look forward to using this blog to help me develop as a professional. It will be good to have a platform to articulate a philosophy and to document progress.
